Alaska Voyage of the Glaciers on Princess

June 12-19, 2024

Sail into the Gulf of Alaska and Prince William Sound on Princess’s top-rated Voyage of the Glaciers Southbound cruise. Spend seven days traveling from Anchorage (Whittier) to Vancouver, B.C, stopping in historic port cities of Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway. Along the way, we’ll enjoy two glacier-viewing experiences: Glacier Bay National Park and Hubbard Glacier. This itinerary affords you the opportunity to see Denali National Park before the cruise and explore Vancouver and/or Victoria Island after the cruise.

Explore Costa Rica and Plant Trees

June 16-26, 2025

The first time Cy led this Sierra Club trip in 2022, and it became his favorite because it provided travelers the opportunity to give back. Over four half-days, the group of 14 people planted more than 250 seedlings on the Pacific slope of the Tillaran mountains.

Exotic Indonesia: Bali and Sumatra

Familiarization Trip - 2025

This is a working trip as we become familiar with the area in order to offer a trips to this exotic destination in the future. Cy added Bali to his bucket list after seeing the movie, Eat Pray Love. Our tentative plan is to a week in Sumatra and a week or more in Bali.

Join us as we visit places and scout the itinerary for a future group trip. Alternatively, you can go off on your own and we will meet back for dinner and swap stories. Don’t bring expectations, just your sense of ‘adventure’ and an attitude that ‘anything goes.’

Familiarization Trip - 2025/26

Join us on a visit to the 7th continent. Cruise the Drakes passage and land multiple times on the continent. This is once-in-a-lifetime opportunity on one of the most eco-friendly, expedition type ships.

The plan is to catch a ship with extra space, perhaps 60 days or less. If you’re flexible, this could be a fun.

Strolling through Tuscany: Wine, Food and Artisans

Cy is planning a Seirra Club trip to Tuscany and Umbria. It involves some easy hiking, great food and wine, and an opportunity to meet with local artisans. The Sierra Club trip is being planned for the Fall of 2025 while the familiarization trip is planned for Sept/Oct 2025
